Walk-In Support by appointment only.

In order to maintain social distancing and hygiene recommendations, we will be operating with the following considerations:

Walk-in technical support will be limited to current and active students, faculty, and staff by appointment only.

It is highly recommended that all users attempt to contact the Help Desk by phone or email for remote support first.

Face masks or coverings are recommended when visiting the Helpdesk.

For your safety and the safety of all employees, individuals exhibiting symptoms of illness will be asked to use phone or email for support.
